Brothers and Sisters of our Palestinian people in Europe,
Members of the Eighth Conference of Palestinians in Europe,
and Honored Guests;
Greetings for return, Jerusalem and liberation!
We, your brothers and sisters of the Palestinian community in the United States of America, send you greetings of national solidarity and brotherly salutes on the day of your conference. We stand with you on this day, we shake your hands and join in your call to defend the right of return and the freedom of our prisoners from the jails of the Zionist occupation.
Today we join you in sharing in your struggle and work, and we appreciate your concern for Palestinian national unity, the building of our national front, and the necessity of a historic victory over the enemy of our people and our nation.
People of our community, noble and proud in Europe…
We stand with you as you hold your distinguished national and grassroots conference for the eighth time, a national Palestinian festival and celebration in Europe. Your actions and dedication confirm your commitment to uphold the rights of our people and to struggle to achieve our return and our Palestinian national rights, and it is clear that you are more determined than ever to continue on the path of building your organization, the national democratic front, and the protection of our national identity and Palestinian, Islamic and international cause.
We send through your distinguished conference our greetings to our people in Europe, the Palestinian community that has never abandoned its cause and the rights of its people and plays a leading and significant role in lifting the siege on Gaza and working to strengthen and support the steadfastness of the masses of our people in Palestine and everywhere in diaspora and exile.
We wish you a very successful conference.

There is no substitute for the right of return and no substitute for our homeland! Freedom to the prisoners of freedom!

تحية العودة والقدس والتحرير،
نحن أخوانكم وأخواتكم ، أبناء الجالية الفلسطينية في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية ، ُنبرق لكم بتحيةِ الوفاء ومشاعر التضامن الوطنيّ والاخويّ ، ونقف إلى جانبكم في يَومكم هذا ، ونشد على أياديكم ونشارككم دعوتكم في الدفاع عن حق العودة وحرية أسرانا واسيراتنا من سجون الاحتلال الصهيوني.
واليوم ، نشارككم دعوتكم للنضال والعمل ونثمن حرصكم على الوحدة الوطنيه الفلسطينية ، صمام جبهتنا الوطنيه وشرط الانتصار التاريخي على عدو شعبنا وأمتنا…
ابناء شعبنا…جاليتنا الكريمة العزيزة في أوروبا،
نقف معكم وأنتم تعقدون مؤتمركم الوطني والشعبي الموقر وللمرة الثامنة على التوالي، هذا العرس الوطني الفلسطيني في أوروبا، حيث تؤكدون فيه على حقوق شعبنا وتمضون في مسيرتكم الصعبة من أجل تحقيق العودة والثوابت الوطنية الفلسطينية ، وانتم أكثر تصميما على المضي في درب البناء وتشييد مؤسساتكم الوطنيه الديموقراطية وحماية هويتنا الوطنيه الفلسطينية وانتماؤنا العربي والاسلامي والانساني.
اننا من خلال مؤتمركم الموقر، نتوجه بالتحية الى أبناء شعبنا في أوروبا ، هذه الجالية الفلسطينية الكريمة التي لم ولن تتخلى عن قضيتها وحقوق شعبها وتقوم بدور ريادي وكبير في فك الحصار عن قطاع غزة الحبيب وتعمل على تعزيز صمود جماهير شعبنا في الوطن وفي كل مواقع الشتات.
نتمنى لكم مؤتمرا ناجحا وعزيزا..
معا نحو حركة وطنيه فلسطينية موحدة..
معا نكسر الحصار ونهزم الاحتلال
لا بديل عن حق العودة ، لا بديل عن الوطن ، الحرية لأسرى الحرية.
