AUSTIN RALLY FOR PALESTINE; DEMANDING PNC ELECTIONS & DISMANTLEMENT OF P.A.
In solidarity with the protests in Palestine and worldwide on March 15th, Palestinians in Austin demand immediate elections in the Palestine National Council and proper representation by a legitimate leadership that genuinely represents our national aspirations, including our inalienable right to return to our places of origin throughout historic Palestine. We also demand the dismantlement of the Palestinian Authority and an immediate cessation of the U.S.-sponsored “peace process” farce and U.S. meddling in Palestinian affairs.
We invite our non-Palestinian supporters to stand with us, and we stress upon all Palestinians to come out and voice their opposition to self-proclaimed leaders who claim to speak on our behalf, and their policies whereby they have put their own narrow interests above the Palestinian people’s rights, cause, and aspirations. Video statements will be collected as well as signatures to a written statement affirming that the Palestinian Authority is not authorized to concessions on behalf of the Palestinian people and demanding that it step down immediately.

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] stating “I am a Palestinian in the diaspora and affirm that I do not authorize the Palestinian Authority, Hamas, or the Palestine Liberation Organization in its current form to speak on my behalf. I demand immediate elections in the Palestine National Council and a legitimate leadership that will strive to secure all my human rights, including my right to return to my home in Palestine. I also demand the immediate cessation of any talks or coordination with Israel until it recognizes its responsibility for ethnicly cleansing my people and until it ceases its continous crimes against the Palestinian people, including an immediate end to the siege on Gaza” with your name and city of residence at the bottom.
